STAFF at confirmation training
At the International Confirmation Trainings of Nuorten Keskus there is five employees and one assistant teacher, who is also over 18 years old and who has been group leader before.
At least one of the staff members is a pastor of Finnish Lutheran Church and one is music teacher. Three other employees are mostly students of Church youth work or theology.
We in Nuorten Keskus are obaying the Finnish church law statute orders and criterion of Confirmation Training teacher. Also it is very important that all the teachers have a good knowledge about the religion they are teaching
